Clenbuterol side effects run the gamut. Some of them are very serious, even deadly, others fortunately are not. Clenbuterol is not dispensed legally to human beings in the United States. In the U.S. it is used mostly to treat horses with breathing problems. As a result, it can be difficult for people determine the correct dosage. Clenbuterol side effects range from relatively benign to very serious. A person may experience insomnia, increased blood pressure or heart rate, headache, sickness and nervousness. Sudden death from a stroke or heart attack is also a possibility.  While insomnia, headache and sickness may not be huge problems, stroke, heart attack, increased blood pressure and heart rate certainly are.
