Clenbuterol side effects range from relatively benign to very serious. A person may experience insomnia, increased blood pressure or heart rate, headache, sickness and nervousness. Sudden death from a stroke or heart attack is also a possibility. While insomnia, headache and sickness may not be huge problems, stroke, heart attack, increased blood pressure and heart rate certainly are.
